Start a project
To start, send a short brief through the form below. I reply personally, usually within one business day, Philippine time. A good brief covers three things:
- The process you want automated, in plain words
- The tools it touches today, such as your CRM, spreadsheets or messaging apps
- What a good result looks like for you
If the form does not work for you, email hello@automationbyjason.com. Not sure what to ask for yet? Read about my AI automation services or go back to Jason Aldemita, AI automation specialist.
An example brief
We get around 40 inbound leads a week through a website form and two ad platforms. Someone copies each one into our CRM, checks if it is a duplicate, and posts it in Slack for the sales rep who covers that region. It takes about six hours a week and leads sometimes wait a day. We use HubSpot, Google Sheets and Slack. A good result: every lead in the CRM and with the right rep within five minutes, no duplicates.
Three or four sentences like that are enough for a useful first call.
What happens after you send a brief
| Step | What happens | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Reply | I read your brief and reply personally, usually within one business day | Questions about anything unclear, and a time for a call |
| 2. Scoping call | We go through the task, the tools involved and what a good result looks like | A straight answer on whether it is worth automating |
| 3. Written quote | I write down what will be built, the acceptance check and the price | A fixed price, such as the $750 Starter, or an hourly estimate |
| 4. Build | Work starts only after you approve the quote | Weekly check-ins and a Loom walkthrough at each milestone |

Frequently asked questions
What happens after I send a brief?
I read it, reply personally and suggest a time for a scoping call. After the call you get a written scope and quote. Nothing is billed before you approve the quote.
Do you do free consultations?
Yes. The first scoping call and the written quote are free.
What if I only have a rough idea?
That is fine. Describe the task that takes the most time each week and the tools involved. Working out what to automate first is part of the scoping call.
