Jason Aldemita, AI Automation Specialist in the Philippines
I build AI automations that take repetitive, multi-step work off your team: AI agents built with Claude and Codex, automations written in code, custom web apps and data scrapers, backed by 15+ years in digital operations, SEO and full-stack web work. I am based in the Philippines and work remotely with companies in the United States and other English-speaking markets. Today I work as an AI Automation Specialist for US teams, a role I grew into by teaching myself the work.
He taught himself, on his own initiative, and grew into our AI Automation Specialist. If you have the chance to work with him, take it.
What I automate
Most of the work I take on starts the same way: the same information is being copied by hand between three or four tools, and someone on the team spends hours a week keeping them in sync. Here is what I build to fix that.
AI agents and LLM systems
Steps that read, sort, extract or draft, built with Claude and Codex. I put a human approval step wherever a wrong answer would be expensive, and keep the AI on tasks it handles reliably.
Automations built in code
When data moves between a form, a CRM, a spreadsheet and Slack, I connect them into one automation that runs on its own and tells you when something needs a person. I write these in TypeScript and Python with AI coding tools, so they are quick to build and easy to test, version and change.
Custom web apps
Dashboards and internal tools in Next.js and Supabase, for when an off-the-shelf app does not fit how your business runs. The source code is yours when the project ends.
Scrapers and data pipelines
Scheduled scrapers with Playwright and Apify that collect the data you need and deliver it as a daily digest, with a clear signal when a source changes.
The AI automation services page covers each of these in detail, with examples from my own work and what a scoped build includes.
Tired of doing the same task by hand every week?
If a task follows the same steps each time and lives in software your team already uses, it can almost always be automated. Copying data between apps, chasing follow-ups, building the Monday report, checking one list against another: I build systems that do this work on their own and only call a person when something looks wrong. Even tools without a ready-made integration can usually be connected.
Put in one task to see what it costs you now, then send it to me for a free assessment. If you can, record your screen doing the task once, with Loom or any screen recorder, and include the link. I will reply with whether it is worth automating and a rough estimate. For worked examples, see the automation time savings calculator.

What clients say
I've worked with Jason on multiple AI-Automation projects and I've been impressed by his ability to use AI to bridge the gap between complex systems. He is highly skilled at simplifying processes that are scattered across multiple systems and combining them into a single powerful automation that saves both time and money. He has embraced the technology and really knows how to utilize it.
I've worked with Jason for over a decade, first at Trafficado and then at Ampry, and he's one of the few people I never have to supervise. Give him a clear brief and it gets done. If it's something he hasn't done before, he figures it out. At Ampry, nobody asked him to learn AI automation. He taught himself, on his own initiative, and grew into our AI Automation Specialist. If you have the chance to work with him, take it.
How a project runs
Every project follows the same five steps, whether it is a single automation or a full web app.
| Step | What happens | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Scoping call | We go through the process you want automated, the tools involved and what a good result looks like. | A straight answer on whether automating this process is worth it. |
| 2. Written scope and quote | I write down what will be built, what it connects to and what it costs. | A fixed price or an hourly estimate before any work starts. |
| 3. Build | I build in your accounts or mine, with weekly check-ins. | Progress you can see every week. |
| 4. Walkthrough and review | Every milestone comes with a recorded Loom walkthrough. | An explanation you can share with your team. |
| 5. Handover | Source code and access are handed over, with 30 days of bug fixes included. | Full ownership and no lock-in. |

Frequently asked questions
What does an AI automation specialist do?
An AI automation specialist finds the repetitive, rules-based work in a business and builds systems that do it automatically. That usually means connecting the apps a team already uses with a small piece of code or a workflow tool, then adding AI steps for the parts that need judgment, such as reading an email, sorting a lead or drafting a reply. The result is fewer manual handoffs and fewer copy-paste errors.
Which tools do you use?
Claude, Claude Code and Codex for AI agents and code, TypeScript and Python for automations, Next.js and Supabase on Vercel or Cloudflare for apps, Playwright, Apify and Firecrawl for scraping, BigQuery and Snowflake for data, and Gemini for image generation. If your team already runs n8n or Make, I can work in those too. The full list is on the About page.
Do you work with clients outside the Philippines?
Yes. Most of my automation work today is for US-based teams, done remotely and async with weekly check-ins and Loom walkthroughs. I take on work from Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada and Singapore as well.
How much does AI automation cost?
The simplest way to start is the Automation Starter: one automation for a fixed $750, with an acceptance check agreed before work starts. Larger builds are quoted per project after a scoping call, and hourly work runs $30 to $45 USD. You see the price before any work starts.
How do we start?
Send a project brief through the contact form with the process you want to automate and the tools involved. I reply to set up a scoping call, then send a written scope and quote.
